SAE needs to unload that albatross fast. Move the chapter into some apartments like Theta Chi, and hammer their rich alumni to build them a real house. Sig Ep did it. KA did it. Sigma Chi is doing it. Pike, Lambda and Phi Delt did it 20 years ago. None of them are any better than SAE.
