It will be a burden lifted off SAEs shoulders. They’re fortunate to get out. No fraternity is going to do well in that house. It has a capacity of 66 beds that have to be filled! That’s bigger even than Pike or Phi Delt (Delta Chi). The actual house is beautiful architecture but the dorm section is cheap and hard to fill. SAE is a great fraternity and is better off getting out from under that lease.
