It takes 2 years to build a house that size man. Sigma chi already bought that lot in Collegetown and clearing it now for a Fall ‘28 move in. DX would have to start building now. Not happening. It’ll take at least a year for someone to work w their nationals/alumni to finance a 10million dollar house. More likely they need to hope a decent fraternity loses their housing and they can move in.
