You’re too intellectually challenged to understand owning a property provides your fraternity long-term stability. I’m not a SX, but what’s gonna happen if DX, OX or even Beta get suspended for a year or two? What about SAE? Their property owners kick them out and they have no where to go. So, saying it doesn’t matter is short-sighted. The unknown of where they will be if/when the owners ‘return’ is a problem. You want to see your fraternity’s reputation and membership drop 50% in one year- that happens when you lose the house you don’t own. Owning a nice house matters- see Pike, KA, KS, SigEp, Fiji, etc.
