But… waaaay expensive now. SigEp has a huge, nice house- but it’s actually a small lot. SX has one of the biggest alumni groups- and paid 4.8 million for that new lot. Not counting the cost to build. Need nationals, alumni, financing etc to all work out for these amounts. Not easy to do when not having a property for equity. Man… Chi Phi owns/sits on the biggest/best lot location on campus. Laugh, but it’s true.
