That’s a 4million lot they are buying… what you think anyone fraternity can buy a lot for that much? FSU Sig Chi is one of the strongest alumni groups. Laugh all you want, but Sigma Chi challenges Pike as #1 in 3 years w the new house. Look what happened to SAE when they moved to college Ave. they were tiny when they came back and then got (rented) a new big house and exploded. Same as SigEp- returned from suspension small and then moved into the mansion- now look at numbers. EX will do the same. Only a matter of time.
