Correct., SAE rents. So does Theta Chi- they don’t own that property or the lot that goes through to College Ave. DTD doesn’t own the Beta house, but a Delt alum does. Sigma Chi does own their house, but the rumors of building a mansion across the street can’t happen without them buying that lot- which hasn’t happened yet- but they have big alumni and don’t doubt it will happen. They’d jump to top 3 with a new house in no time. So, the list again of who ‘owns’ their houses: Kappa Sig Fiji KA Pi Kapp Sigma Chi Sig Ep Chi Phi- don’t sleep on them- before being kicked a few years ago, they had plans to build a mansion on their lot that runs from Pensacola to St Augustine. Huge lot. Pike- kind of. Own the house through a long-term land lease. Phi Delt- gets sketchy w Heritage ownership rules, just like Lambda Chi. Good guys in every chapter- depending on who you are.
