Five fraternity houses at FSU were built by their alumni specifically for their chapters. KA Order, Pike, Lambda, Phi Delt and Sig Ep. Sig Chi has plenty of money to build if they can find a property. TX has the property but somehow doesn’t have money to build. ATO will probably be OK financially.
