ATO will be phi delt when they return, their alumni may be able to help them rent another set of houses like they did on Pensacola before they got booted. But there is no property available in college town/college ave/ or even heritage. If you look at ATO’s public alumni newsletters they didn’t make as much money as SX did when they sold their properties, so to assume they’ll just be able to magically make desirable land appear out of no where is crazy.
