You are only going to be seen from the chest up. You need to have your hair and makeup looking nice. Wear a cute top-nothing too revealing-you're not going to a fraternity party, you are being interviewed by girls. The mantra for job hunting is you dress for the job you want. Even though this is not a job interview, it is very similar, so follow that rule of thumb. You will have times when the chapter is asked to wear certain clothing like sorority t-shirts, or dress to pin attire (wear nice clothes and your sorority pin), costumes for parties, etc. There are rules you will have to follow. If you think you are a sheeple for doing those things, perhaps sororities aren't for you.
