as someone who rushed in the fall and loved chi o (got dropped 2nd round) it’s because they create an atmosphere that’s very fun and girl next door. They don’t come across as fake or judgmental. The reason they aren’t a “top house” is because they don’t choose girls based on looks. They choose girls who will make their chapter better, even if they aren’t as attractive. I think 3 or 4 girls dropped from my rush group because chi o dropped them. Very tough house to get a bid from
