Or they could use a regular house, let’s say a current brother lives around the campus, they could use that house to party or tailgate in as long as it’s not their “fraternity house” it doesn’t have to be dry. There can only be 1 registered “chapter” or fraternity house. So they would 100% be allowed to use it. They are a dry house, not a dry chapter. And there can only be 1 dry house which is the main one with the letters. They can throw wet events as long as it’s not in their chapter house. There’s a ton of loopholes that SigEp nationals allow. It’s technically abiding by their rules and also the schools rules
