Every good national. They recruit transfers. They send consultants to the campus to interview sororities, coaches, administrators and IFC members. Sigma Chi's brand will attract men; same for Phi Delt. Both are very good in Florida schools. Lambda chi had a great chapter here for 50 years and they have strong alumni. Phi Delt and LXA own multi- million dollar houses that they will occupy again. Any fraternity can become a top tier candidate at FSU if they do the work. It didn't take Pike or ATO or Theta Chi any time to get back to the top tier, starting from zero.
