Who is 'top tier' varies by region. In Florida, the top fraternities campus to campus tend to be ATO, Pike, Phi Delt, SAE, Sigma Chi, KA and maybe Theta Chi. There are other states and regions where Sigma Nu, Fiji and even Kappa Sig or Lambda Chi rise to the top. There are about a dozen really strong nationals.
