First, don't ever refer to yourself as a "PNM". That's sorority talk, which makes me think you are either a girl, or you would be a great fit for Sig Ep. If you join a fraternity you will be a "pledge". Right now, you are a "rushee". That's what men say, regardless of what National calls them. Truth is: Delta Chi is up and coming and has a great house. Sig Ep also has a great new house, and is already a really good fraternity. You won't go wrong either way.
