"Having 6 houses close to campus or having a big house on an island by yourself far away". Neither the ATOs nor the Pikes are complaining about their circumstances. FSU isn't like a lot of schools where all the fraternities have big houses that are similar to each other. Delt had one of the worst houses, but they were one of the best fraternities (and I believe they'll be back soon). Pike isn't the best because they have the mansion; they work hard at being the best. And ATO was already doing great even before they bought the town houses close to the stadium. At FSU its not the house. Its the ambition of the individual chapter.
