frat is a universal term, definitely never heard someone in greek life say fraternity as far as living in the house, it really depends on the frat though, every house is different. some have communal bathrooms and others have their own personal kitchens. either way though all the guys i know love it because you really get close to the other guys in the house. also a lot of pre games and post games happen at the houses so if you like the quiet, it’s not for you
