That's not the way I understand it. The point of HG was to give move fraternities off Wildwood, and give fraternities better housing than the old sorority houses (K-Sig) and former family homes and apartments along the College Avenue corridor where they are now. Chi Phi's suspension is almost up so they'll be back. I heard the Pikes wanted to build a satellite house on the vacant lot next to where they are now. The old Lambda Chi house is great and so is the old Phi Delt house. Some good fraternity needs to buy those.
