Heritage is nice but it's so far from everything. The whole point of building it was to sequester fraternities far away from campus, and to this point it's essentially done it's job. Plus, all of the good fraternities save for have been kicked out of heritage, so there really isn't a point in staying over there. To that point, there are a lot of fraternities trying to buy houses outside of heritage - SigEp is supposedly moving into Chi Phi(?) and Pike is looking to turn the old PiKapp house next to SAE on college into a satellite house. All of that would be a solid move, in my opinion. The closer to campus Fraternities are, the better.
