I don't get it. Phi Delt at Alabama has not been a top prestigious fraternity for fifty years. As far as being among the first on campus, Kappa Sig was the fourth fraternity at UA, and they aren't a big deal either. Sigma Chi was sixth and they're pretty good but they don't fit your definition of 'old row'? Include ATO in here too (#8).
