If they dropped you in fall it doesn't mean they didn't like you, they just have to go by the numbers they are given. Holding that kind of grudge is just self-punishing. Chapters COB when they are looking to fill openings from December graduations, so it all depends. Don't believe any post on greekrank about which chapters are going to COB. Ask directly to the chapters.
