You can't be "Black Listed" unless an alumna No Rec's you. You can be cut for grades/reputation/social media/riske behavior/showing up drunk for recruitment/a million other reasons but you can't be "black listed". Especially before recruitment even begins. However if an alumna submits a "no rec" you are cut from that particular house and can never receive a bid to that sorority nation wide ever!
