I’m a pi phi and I had a 3.5 when I started rush, it’s kind of about who you know. You can get an invite back to any of them but it’s harder if you don’t know girls or have an outstanding resume or are super cute/the vibe that each house is looking for. Like if nothing super special stands out about you then you might not get a top house. But honestly just keep an open mind because I have friends in phi mu, aoii, kd, and dg and sometimes I’m jealous of them because their friends seem a lot more genuine than mine.
