They wouldn’t be. They are maybe grade risks or something… but overall, Arkansas keeps the most girls. Sounds like whomever commented that is a little worried that Aphi is going to pull in a lot of girls. And they will pull a good amount … why? They are the new kids, with a new house being built….. everyone, I mean everyone wants to live in a new McMansion with the most up to date technology, kitchen, gym, etc. and the location is phenomenal. New is… better. No one wants the crusty dusty moldy old houses. Especially the ones that haven’t been remodeled. I’m not saying this will pull out ALL the girls, but it’s something that all of them are at least talking about.
