They don't have to ask anyone for coffee. They only do it if they're interested, so be glad. And it's more social and relaxed to have the four of you instead of some kind of one on one interview type thing. So go and be social and show that you are sweet and fun and social and would make a good sister. If you have a defeatist attitude (they just want to get it over with) it will show so be confident and try to look forward to coffee with some new girlfriends. Also your focus on what "tier" the house is in is inappropriate and has nothing to do with anything.
