yes, I agree. when I rushed, I got a house that seemed to have all the values and types of girls I wanted to be my life long friends cause that is why I wanted to join a sorority besides the social aspect, then as I hung with my PC I realized things were different. people tell us college and being in a sorority is the best 4 years of your life but I don't want to spend 1 year just trying to find people to start hanging out with. I thought college was about everyone starting over and meeting new people but its been more about people already coming in with their HS buddies and not accepting others in my experience. hope it gets better for you!
