Off campus can do whatever they want because they can't get in trouble with ASU and unless they do something extremely stupid nationals isn't going to get on them either. This allows off campus fraternities like DKE and Sig Chi to have constant parties with as many people as they want. With that being said, Sig Chi relies on DKE for their good parties because their chapter is so small. So the only relavant off campus frat is DKE who probably has the best parties at ASU. Behind them is probably Kappa Sig , Pike and Delta Sig
