Greek rank "bottom tier" can be different than true bottom tier. Yes you have kids in Sammy and Aepi that are just weird and are actually bottom tier because they are just weird kids. Then there are a couple not as well known fraternities that are labeled "bottom tier" on greek rank, but in reality have some cool guys and still throw down. Moral is that greek rank shouldnt define who you want to rush but rather give you a basic outlook as to who is popular and who isnt.
