They're just different. District and Hub have more parties because theres more units, but they're a lot smaller cause they're in apartments. Cottages has less parties overall but theres still usually parties every night and they're bigger cause in houses. So District MAY hold like 10-40-50 people MAX and 3 or more apartments on each floor may be partying everyday, but you can have like 300+ at your pad at Cottages. So they're different. If you're more concerned with partying the most or having options literally every second, stay at hub or district, but if you want to throw better parties, stay at Cottages.
