it's a mutual matching process. Its possible that a chapter that really liked you was ranked 4 or 5 by you instead of 1 or 2 and vice versa. Since you did not get invited to pref, you can COB. Are you tight with any chapters in particular? Reach out to sisters to see if they will COB. Your GPA is fine. Some chapters are jerks about juniors but a lot of chapters tke juniors if they are a good fit!
