Quota has been about ~75 in recent years. 75/13 chapters will not be a huge increase. Unfortunately DG never gave out that many bids anyway. You also need to take into account that it’s determined by how many women go to pref rounds and sign the MRABA. it really won’t be that drastic of a change.
