Overall Highest Ranked
Sorority - Delta Zeta sisters, please take a bow. When summed and averaged, DZ's overall score is currently the highest of any sorority on GreekRank. DZ has nearly 160 chapters making it one of the largest sororities in the country. These girls have displayed an exemplary combination of all the things that make a sorority great.
Fraternity - Sigma Chi is bringing this title home. In 1855, this fraternity was founded on the basis of friendship, justice, and learning. Having the highest overall fraternity average, these commendable men are certainly making their founders proud.
To crown the leading sorority or fraternity in each individual category we simply averaged the percentage totals for every chapter of an organization. Our final calculation reveals which sorority or fraternity currently holds the average highest rankings for all categories combined. To do this, we averaged the total score of each individual chapter for all 6 categories. The final sum of all the chapters’ average scores was then divided by the number of chapters of that organization to finally calculate the overall rank.
Note: Only IFC and NPC organizations were included in these ratings.
